The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 337, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of making assault to the informant with lathi, danda and farsa. The specific accusation of assault to the informant is against co-accused Jagbhart Ram. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury report of the informant reflects only one lacerated injury on the left parietal region of marginal size. Accusation is omnibus and general and there is counter version of the occurrence also wherein petitioners' sides have also received

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14912 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 injuries. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad, in connection with Barun P.S. Case No.29/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
