At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Principal Secretary, Department of Social Welfare, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his grievances.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
