No. 323 of 2019 in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 385 of 2018 by the court of learned Additional Sessions JudgeXII, Patna. On perusal of the F.I.R. and impugned order dated 02.03.2019 passed in ABP No. 323 of 2019, I find no any ground to cancel the pre-arrest bail of the opposite party no. 2
