2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- "I. (i) A writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/order or direction for quashing of Memo No. 1050 dated 05.05.2025 (Annexure-P/14) issued by the Director, Social Welfare, Social Welfare Directorate, Patna whereby

Patna High Court CWJC No.9852 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/3 and whereunder the candidature of the petitioner from the post of member, Juvenile Justice Board, Patna has been cancelled with immediate effect.

(ii) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order or direction directing the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of member, Juvenile Justice Board, Patna with back wages and all consequential benefits as per law.

(iii) Any other appropriate writ/order or direction which your Lordships may deem fit and proper."

3. Learned Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that against the order under challenge (Annexure-P/14), the petitioner has filed representation, which is Annexure-15, before the Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar.

4. In the light of the submissions made, it transpires that the order impugned has been passed by the Director, Social Welfare Department, and representation has been filed before the Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Bihar, Patna.

5. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.9852 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 3/3 disposed off directing respondent No.2, the Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation of the petitioner (Annexure-P/15) within 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
