The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in a police case registered under Sections 341,323,324,307,447,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegation against the petitioner No.1 was only of using Bhala on the leg of the informant, Gulam Rasul, and the Doctor has opined that the injuries are simple in nature caused by sharp cutting weapon, whereas the petitioner No.2 is alleged to have assaulted with lathi.

It is further submitted that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33809 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 With regard to petitioner Nos. 3 and 4, it is stated that they are ladies and have been falsely implicated in the case just to put pressure on the accused persons on account of previous litigations.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that petitioners (1) Idrish Mian, (2) Rajak Mian, (3) Maimun Khatoon and (4) Aliman Khatoon, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.7,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.3/2012 dated 2.1.2012 to the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur, subject to the other conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
