Show cause has been filed on behalf of the Finance Officer, Magadh University bringing on record material showing payment of an amount of Rs. 12,24,652/- and Rs. 11,56,263/- in favour of the petitioners respectively has been sent to the Principal, A N College, Patna being full and final amount of the admitted dues as per the Chartered Accountant of the Magadh University.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the order of the Court dated 13.11.2013 passed in MJC No. 1283 of 2011, has been complied with.
4. However, as detailed calculation of the Chartered Accountant has not been brought on record or served on the petitioners, learned counsel for the University undertakes that the same shall be given to the petitioners within one week from today. Thereafter, it shall be open to the petitioners to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University pointing out any discrepancy in the calculation. If the same is done within four weeks of receiving the calculation chart, the Registrar of the University shall look into the matter and get it verified from the records and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If any further amount is found due
