JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2022 As far as payment of the retiral dues of the petitioner is concerned, the same have stood paid substantially, however, it is the complain of the petitioner that arrears of salary are outstanding for payment since the pay verification of the petitioner has not been carried out.
At this juncture, it is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the respondents that the petitioner has to apply through the online mode for the purposes of pay verification. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9918 of 2022(4) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to agitate the subsisting grievances before the concerned authorities. Liberty so sought, is granted.
