The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-406, 409, 420, 468, 479/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was Panchayat Sevak at the relevant time and it is alleged that he as well as other accused withdrew Rs 10,000,00/- (ten lacs) from the Government Treasury to execute certain schemes but they did nothing.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the inquiry regarding the aforesaid allegation was made and it was found that more than 90 percent work had already been completed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9406 of 2015 (2) dt.10-03-2015 2/2 and only the work worth Rs. 50,780/- had not been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
