JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file appropriate petition before the District Teachers' Appointment Appellate Authority, Katihar for redrssal of his grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in case the petitioner approaches the said Authority within a period of four weeks from today, the said authority shall decide the case of the petitioner on merits, without being impeded by the issue of limitation, expeditiously.
