2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 679 of 2022 dated 14.07.2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur (Patna).

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the
