Patna High Court CWJC No.15022 of 2021(5) dt.10-10-2023 2/3 ORAL ORDER 10-10-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. This writ petition has been filed for directing respondent No. 5 (Circle Officer Sheosagar) to protect the petitioner from any illegal action of private respondents and give possession of land mentioned in the record available before him by restraining them from the land in dispute in the light of the order dated October 31, 2018 passed by Additional Collector Rohtas (respondent No. 3) and the order dated January 28, 2019 passed by respondent No. 2. Further direction to the respondent authorities to take legal action against the private respondents if they have illegally possessed the land in dispute by imposing heavy compensation for an economic loss on the petitioner along with a pass order to pay the petitioner with immediate effect.

3 . In the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the Circle Officer, Sheosagar (respondent No. 5) along with all the relevant documents in support of the claim, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. In the event, such representation is filed by the
