ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.199 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Case diary in the present case has also been received. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State and taking into consideration the materials, which have surfaced in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10651 of 2015 (3) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 petitioners. It is, accordingly, rejected.
However, in case the petitioners surrender in connection with the present case before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced by this order.
