Petitioner seeks bail in Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.69 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 498A/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that general and vague allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. He is always ready to keep the informant with full dignity but she does not want to live with him. He has never made any demand. In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner with other accused persons used to torture the informant for demand of dowry of rupees two lac.

From the allegation in the written report, it appears

Petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.69 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
