No. 49406 of 2015 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 16.10.2015. On the grounds mentioned in the restoration application, Cr. Misc. No. 49406 of 2015 is restored to its original file.

Both sides agree to appear before the learned court below on 16th of May, 2016 when the petitioner will comply the undertaking as stipulated in the order dated 16.10.2015. The rest of the conditions will remain the same.
