The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014 registered under Section 341, 323, 379, 504, 354 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case. The petitioner had given the shop on rent with agreement to vacate the shop and when they went got it vacated then shopkeeper was set up this false case and filed a complaint. In the written report itself mentioned that informant went to purchase clothes from the said cloth shop, then all the accused persons came to vacate the shop upon which the informant told the accused persons let them go then petitioner and other co-accused persons abused and assaulted the informant. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case , the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33055 of 2014 (2) dt.06-02-2015 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No.20 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
