JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-11-2017 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 24.11.2016 contained in Memo No. 613 issued by the SubDivisional Officer, Katihar whereby the P.D.S. Licence of the petitioner bearing Licence No. 5/2002 has been suspended.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents points out that the order of suspension of PDS licence is no longer in force as no further adverse action has been taken against the petitioner within the prescribed period of 180 days, which period has since elapsed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid stand of the respondents.

4. In the above view of the matter, no interference is called for. The writ petition stands dismissed.
