JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 08-02-2017 The petitioner claims writ of mandamus to establish a District Soldier Board in the District of Rohtas in the light of the decision of the State Government dated 15th November, 2006. We find that whether a District Soldier Board is required to be established at a particular place or not is a decision of the executive, but since the petitioner relies upon a decision of the State Government, we dispose of the present writ application to take an appropriate follow up action in terms of such decision taken on 15th November, 2006.
