The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.619(C) of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 06.12.2022, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court.

Perused the Mediator's Report at Flag 'A'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not complied with the terms of settlement

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37813 of 2022(4) dt.06-02-2023 2/2 mutually agreed upon by them.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with Complaint Case No.619(C) of 2021, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, IInd Class, Barh (Patna).
