The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Belaganj P. S. Case No. 65 of 2020, dated 04.03.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 30 (a) and 37 (2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Regard being had to the fact that the liquor has been recovered from the houses of the petitioners, I am
