The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 174 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged victim is a major and the petitioner and victim have married and they have now staying together. Considering the submission this anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47337 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 application is allowed. While accepting the bail bond of the petitioner the Court below will verify the fact of marriage of the petitioner along with the victim girl.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 174 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Anand Kr.
