JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42509 of 2015, by which it has been directed that upon the petitioner as per his undertaking depositing of Rs.3,76,500/- within four weeks then he shall be given the benefit of anticipatory bail. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid amounts were deposited within the time granted to the extent of Rs.80,000/- on 07.01.2016 and Rs.2,96,200/- on 12.01.2016. It appears that there is a short deposit of Rs.300/- in the deposited amount which the petitioner undertakes to deposit within four weeks from today.

In the above circumstances, the date of surrender is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The order dated 17.12.2015 is modified to the above extent. The modification petition is, accordingly, disposed of. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) V.P.Sinha/- U
