2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 504, 506, 395/34 of the IPC.
3. According to the FIR, the informant was going by his auto-rickshaw containing goods. When his auto reached near Laukaha, the petitioners along with other FIR named accused persons intercepted the informant and demanded extortion money. They forcibly took away his auto-rickshaw. After unloading goods from the auto-rickshaw, they returned the auto. It is further alleged that

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are persons of clean antecedent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that for the same allegation, two co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7210 of 2025.
5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C/ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) priyanka/- U T
