Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34400 of 2019. Learned counsel has produced the web copy of the aforesaid order. Let it be kept on record. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 08.04.2019.
