JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2022 In compliance of this Court's order dated 27.07.2022, a report has been submitted by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-XI, Patna where the trial is pending from which it transpires that the trial can possibly be concluded within a period of six months.

The petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected by an order dated 29.02.2020 taking into account specific allegation against the petitioner of having given repeated fatal blows with dagger leading to death of the deceased. Considering the serious nature of accusation, I am not inclined to reconsider the petitioner's prayer for his release on bail. However, in the light of the report which has been submitted by the learned Court below, this application is
