2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 275 of 2021, dated 08.10.2021 has earlier been rejected vide order dated 23.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38770 of 2022 in which liberty was granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail, 6 months after framing of charge.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that charge has been framed in this case on 16.11.2022 and 6 months has already been lapsed.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that progress report was called for in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40400 of 2023(3) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 case and from the said progress report, the Trail Court has sought 1 year time to conclude the trial.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and, therefore, his bail application is hereby rejected again.

6. With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
