This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 323, 341, 448, 380, 337 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The occurrence took place with regard to the quarrel between the children and thereafter it is alleged that the petitioners entered into the house of the informant and took away belongings.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegations are general and omnibus. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33289 of 2014 (2) dt.06-02-2015 directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P. C. as well as petitioners shall co-operate with the investigation as and when required.
