Writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the Director, Welfare Department (Respondent No.3) to take cognizance of Annexure - 12 dated 26/7/2014 and pass an appropriate order with regard to the claim of the petitioners on Class III post from Class IV for which recommendation has already been forwarded to him way back on 12.12.2013 and much time has already elapsed.
