JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the impugned order dated 18.01.2017 though the petitioner has been granted the benefits of first A.C.P. correctly, however, the date of grant of second A.C.P. is not correct. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been granted M.A.C.P. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been granted third A.C.P./M.A.C.P.

However, this Court feels that it would be futile to keep the writ petition pending since the said dispute can be resolved by the respondents. Therefore, I direct the petitioner to file a detailed

Patna High Court CWJC No.8230 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 representation with regard to his grievances mentioned in the writ petition before the respondent no. 2 within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances within two weeks from today before the respondent no. 2 and in case such representation is filed, then the same may be considered and disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the said representation by a speaking and reasoned order.
