2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 317 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 365, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, and his family members have killed the deceased due to non-fulfillment dowry. The petitioner has a child born out of wedlock, which is claimed to be staying with the family of the petitioner.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the informant, who is father of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40345 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 the deceased, had mortgaged the ornaments belonging to the deceased in Bank because of which the deceased had committed suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 317 of 2024.
