The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Suppl. Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 88/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Ram Chandra Mandal and others with the petitioner came his house and took Rs. 3,00,000/- on the pretext that the money will be doubled in one month, but money was not returned.

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail and save and except there is no tangible material showing petitioner's involvement in the occurrence and there is general and omnibus

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16407 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 allegation against him.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge V-cumA.C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Suppl. Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 88/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
