The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansahi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2012 registered under Sections376, 511, 325 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. At paragraph-12 of this petition, it has, specifically, been mentioned that in course of investigation, police granted bail to the petitioner and still the petitioner is on police bail. In view of the aforesaid facts, this petition stands disposed off with direction to the petitioner to surrender in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Mansahi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014 within four weeks from today and if, the petitioner does so, the learned court below shall
