The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 323, 380, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant made allegation that petitioner took Rs. one lac, committed theft as well as cheated the complainant. It is submitted that petitioner was working as labourer in the house of complainant and the petitioner filed a case before the Labour Commissioner against the complainant and when notice was issued to the complainant, the complainant filed this complaint petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15335 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar-III, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- V, Katihar in C.A. Case No. 402 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
