Mr. Sunil Kr.Mandal,S.C.-3 Mr. Bipin Kumar, A.C. to S.C.-3 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner, who is Anganwari Sevika, has been transferred from one ward to another within the same Gram Panchayat. The said order of transfer has been challenged by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the transfer order, she has already joined to the transferred place.
Since the order of transfer has already taken into effect, I am not inclined to interfere, more particularly because the
Patna High Court CWJC No.8203 of 2017(2) dt.05-09-2017 2/2 transfer has been effected within the same Gram Panchayat and there is nothing on the record to show that there is any rule to the contrary.
The writ application thus stands disposed of as infructuous with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority who shall pass order, in accordance with law. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U
