A copy of the show cause goes to show that in pursuance of the order passed, the matter has been re-considered and certain benefits have been granted to the petitioner such as pension, gratuity etc. have been allowed and vide order filed on record. Various amounts have been paid to the petitioner i.e. subsistence allowance of

In case the petitioner has any grievance with regard to settlement of his claim, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law in a fresh proceeding.
