The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.197/2013 registered for the offences under Sections 420/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the F.I.R. and the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, it does not appear that the seized food materials were being illegally transported.

Let the petitioner surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
