The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 146 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the prosecution report that a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34484 of 2020(2) dt.21-12-2020 2/2 He is in custody since 14.05.2020 and in other case, in which he was made accused in the past, he has been granted bail.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 146 of 2020.
