Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Treasury Officer that family pension payment was sent to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Singhia Ghat for making payment in the account of petitioner which is Annexures-A & B. It has also been mentioned that family pension has been started w.e.f. 14.11.2020 in favour of petitioner. Statement of Account and Pension Slip are attached as Annexures-C and D. Since family pension of the petitioner has been started whose husband was retired and died on 13.11.2020.
Patna High Court CWJC No.14845 of 2021(2) dt.12-01-2023 2/2 In this view of the matter, the present application is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner that for her rest dues, she shall file representation before the DEO, who shall decide and assure the payment admissible to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of filing of the fresh representation by the petitioner.
With this direction, this writ application is disposed off.
