1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"1. For issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs / oerder / orders and directing the respondents to grant promotion appropriate pay scale to the petitioner who is working as Chowkidar but performing revenue Collector duties for years."

3. In view of the contents of the writ application and the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the instant

Patna High Court CWJC No.10388 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 case, the writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a representation before the General Manager, (HR/Administration), South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Patna, Vidyut Bhawan, Bailey Road, Patna (respondent no. 3) within a period of four weeks from today.

4. The respondent no. 3 shall decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from the date of its filing.

5. The writ application stands disposed of.
