2. In compliance of the order dated 6.5.2025, the SHO, Fatuha Police Station and the I.O. of the case have appeared personally in this Court and they have submitted that the investigation of the case has been concluded and the trial of the petitioner is going on.

3. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this case.

4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the ADJ-IV, Patna City, Patna/concerned Court below to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest as the matter is related to the killing of a five year old minor child.
