This writ application has been filed after service of two advance copies on 01.04.2016 to the office of learned Advocate General, but the respondents have not chosen to respond the same.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Primary Education to examine the claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of exhaustive representation along with a copy of this order and in the event the Director, Primary Education finds

Patna High Court CWJC No.6096 of 2016 (2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 any claim of the petitioner sustainable, he shall pass reasoned order for payment of consequential benefits. The reasoned order as well as consequential order must be passed by the respondents within a period of three months thereafter.
