The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioners is that they in league with the officials of the Revenue Department, interpolated the revenue records with regard to land of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the case under B.T. Act was decided in favour of co-accused Pankaj Kumar Singh against which the revision has been filed by the informant's
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11819 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 2 / 2 side.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 155 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Saharsa, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
