JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 As prayed, petitioner is permitted to implead the District Magistrate, Begusarai as respondent no.6 in this writ application.
In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.6 to dispose of the Misc. Appeal No.02 of 2014 preferred against the order dated 06.09.2014 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Begusarai by which his licence for running the PDS shop was cancelled, within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Since it has been stated that the authorities have come up with a fresh notice for selection of PDS shops vide Annexure 1
Patna High Court CWJC No.5931 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 2 / 2 which includes the shop which was allotted to the petitioner also, let no fresh licence be granted by the Licensing Authority concerned with respect to the shop which was being run by the petitioner, till a final decision is taken in the appeal filed by the petitioner.
