JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent -Ist set, particularly respondent No. 4 to conclude the proceeding of Land Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2017-18 registered against the respondent 2nd set for removal of Encroachment over public land which was settled in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner has further prayed for a direction to the Respondents 2nd set to obey the orders passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11250 of 2018(3) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 D.C.L.R. Sadar Purnea in Case No. 12/2011-12 on 16-10-2012 by which private respondents were directed not to interfere with possession of the petitioner over the public land, which has been settled in favour of the petitioner.

The petitioner has further prayed for grant of any other relief or reliefs in view of the fact and circumstances of the present case.

The Circle Officer, Purnea (respondent No. 4) is directed to dispose of Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2017-18 in accordance with law expeditiously after giving liberty of hearing to all the concerned parties.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
