2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the sole opposite party submits that he has no objection for transfer of the said matrimonial case from Gopalganj to East Champaran at Motihari.

3. Having regard to the stand of the opposite party, the Matrimonial Case No. 33 of 2018 is directed to be transferred from Gopalganj to East Champaran at Motihari.
