The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No.60 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 354, 341, 323, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 21.10.2015 at 5.30 p.m. Md. Sakir, Md. Mansoor, Md. Jabiullah, Akhtari Khatoon, Md. Ishtikhar were ploughing his land by one tractor for which informant Md. Jakir and his brother's wife Afsana Begam objected, then accused Md. Mansoor assaulted the informant on his stomach and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15804 of 2016 (2) dt.16-05-2016 2/3 on head. Accused Md. Sakir assaulted with cycle paid on his back, Afsana Begam came to save then Ishtikharul assaulted with lathi on the head of Afsana Begam as a result her dead became injured. Accused Jabiullah assaulted with cycle chain on the back portion of Afsana Begam. Accused Akhtari Khatoon assaulted with Kachia Hasua to the informant and also to Afsana Begam. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of the injury report, it is evident that the nature of injury is simple.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M-V, Begusarai, in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No.60 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down
