Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that he gave Rs. 90.000/- to the petitioner for medical treatment but on demand the petitioner gave two cheques but the same were dishonored. It appears that the dispute arose between the parties on account of borrowing money.
Considered the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
