JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 01-08-2017 In this Public Interest Litigation filed, petitioner wants this Court to take note of the concern expressed by the petitioner with regard to deteriorating condition in the Education Department, and direct the Bihar School Examination Board to conduct proper investigation and grant recognition to Institutes after following due process of law and thereafter to hold examinations properly and to go away with all illegalities.
Taking note of the manner in which the petition has been filed and the grievance canvassed, which is nothing but an
