Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offence under sections 364 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons came to the informant's house and took away him on the point of a pistol for extorting money. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of abduction of informant's son Gaurav Raj is concocted as no such occurrence had taken place. Besides, said Gaurav was not produced before the Court below for his statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. after his recovery. Petitioner has been implicated in this case due to some family dispute. He has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.2.2019. As per paragraph 17 of the bail application, other co-accused have

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in Ariyari (Kasar) Police Station Case No. 145 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
