This Civil Miscellaneous application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 12.07.2022 passed in Matrimonial Case No. 15 of 2014, by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara, whereby and whereunder he has allowed the petition filed by respondent no. 2 for interim maintenance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the application and prayed to dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner for taking effort of conciliation with the respondent-wife in the trial court as the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity.
