The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per F.I.R., the informant alleges that his sister was subjected to cruelty by her in-laws, as they demanded motorcycle, as dowry and due to non-fulfillment of the same, all of them including this petitioner killed his sister. Petitioner is elder sister-in-law (xksruh) of the deceased. She is separate in mess & property and has got no concern with the affairs of the deceased. As a matter of fact, on the fateful day, due to petty dispute, an altercation took place between deceased and her husband and due to that, the deceased consumed some poisonous substance and died. Considering the same, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur (Pator O.P.) P.S. Case No. 99 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
